Design

I received the floor plan for my new office building. Do all of these rooms need a sign? Can I send the floor plan over so I do not have to go through all of this?

Of course! We are happy to assist and more than willing to make suggestions to you for the signs you need to order.  

 

How do I know what my signs should say?

With many of our signs, ADA compliance is a very big deal. As a building tenant or owner, you need to know the requirements and signage needs for your state, community and development area. Please check your state’s most current ADA signage standards online, reach out to your building’s owner or architects, or contact us for assistance with ADA standards and requirements for your signs.

 

What if I don't want to order through the website?

If designing your own sign sounds a little scary, or you just like the personal touch of ordering your signs from a person; please feel free to send us an email, give us a call or send us your information on the contact us page. We would be happy to get an order in place for you. Our contact information can be found here on the website.

 

I would like to add in more design features, like a reception logo or vinyl on our doors. Can I order that here also?

We love design, and enhancing offices, but, to keep Sign Studio a fast and efficient option, our sister store, Sign Matters, Inc., would be a better fit for additional options. Please contact them at 901-861-3001 or orders@signmattersinc.com for more information.

 

Order

How do I place an order?

Once you choose your sign type, customize your sign and add it to your shopping cart, you can immediately purchase through our easy-to-use self-checkout system.

 

What happens after I order my sign?

Once you check out, your design is sent to our outstanding team who put together your specific signs in our production facility. Our quality team gives it another look to verify the quality meets our top-tier standard, and then prepare your signs for shipment.

 

Can I change an order?

With our quick-turnaround production process, it is often difficult for changes to be made unless you immediately contact us after placing the order. If a change is necessary, contact us at 901-861-3001 or info@shopsignstudio.com and we will do our absolute best to make your corrections. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made to any orders that have already been placed.

 

How do I cancel an order?

Cancelling your order MUST be done within minutes of placing the order. Due to our quick turnaround production, all orders immediately go into our production process. Please contact us immediately after the order is placed if you wish to cancel your order. We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards through our online checkout.

 

Is my credit card information secure?

We're very serious about protecting your private information. This site is protected through top of the line browser security systems and it is our top priority to make sure your information is safe. 

 

Are state taxes charged?

Yes, taxes will be charged for sample boards.

No, taxes are charged if you are reselling, you must send us your tax resale certificate. 

 

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current turnaround time on orders is 3-4 weeks. This is subject to change based on the quantity and customization of your sign package. If you have any questions about the ability for quicker returns please give us a call to see what our current status is.

 

How can I be sure that my package will arrive safely?

We carefully pack every order to ensure that your signs arrive in pristine condition. UPS assures us that their staff take every precaution to handle your package with care.

 

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

No, UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. You must provide a physical street address.

 

Can you ship my order to a different address than my billing address?

Absolutely! When checking out online, just make sure to give us your shipping address so we can make sure to send your sign to the right place.

   

Installation and Care Tutorials

 How do I install and care for my signs?

We take pride in the quality and durability of the products that we offer. If properly cared for, your new sign will last for years to come. To ensure that it does, please refer to our installation and sign maintenance and cleaning recommendation page provided with your sign orders. Our signs are produced with low VOC paints, and laminate-sealed latex inks, making them safe for all healthcare facilities.
